He worked as a electrical sales engineer & manager for several major international companies for over 30 years. Mike became a property manager in 2007 and joined Jenny, his wife, at National Real Estate Services as President. When not working, Mike likes to relax by playing golf & traveling. 			JENNY COCKRELL CEO Jenny Lee Cockrell is an seasoned businesswoman who started National Real Estate Services in 2000 after having experienced poor customer service from the existing real estate firms. She knew there was a better way to service people who needed to lease a home. Beginning at age 24, Jenny has started and operated several businesses in her short life. At 21 she was a top sales rep for a major office furniture company in Greenville SC. Her ability to recognize future opportunities due to social or economic changes has been the basis for her successful business career. Jenny was born and raised in Columbia SC and moved to Greenville SC in the early 80's. She two grown children, Molly and Miles. In 2005 she married Mike, who was her first owner client, and also has two grown step children, Ashley and Brandon. 			BRECHT POWELL Brecht Powell is the newest member of the National Real Estate Services team. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a degree in political science and has worked at General Electric for the past two years. Brecht joined NRES with the desire to help people find the exact home for which they are looking. In his spare time, he likes to go hiking, fishing and camping. 			STEVE SOKE Steve Soke is no stranger to the Real Estate world.In 1994 he started as a land surveyor then progressed to civil engineering designing/engineering residential and commercial subdivisions. He then moved to the other side of the fence as a developer and finally started his own residential/light commercial construction company in 2002. He is one of 7 Master Builders in the State of South Carolina. Using his unique experience as a contractor and an investor he has assumed the role of Business Development Manager for NRES. Prior to his real estate career he served his country for 12 years, first as a United States Marine and then in the US Air Force.
